"I visited the restaurant with friends to try out their new menu. We ordered the Southwestern bowl, Mac and cheese bowl, classic club, and Blackhawk burger. They were quite busy for dinner, but they managed to get our food out quickly and kept our drinks topped off. There was a small issue with the club sandwich, but our waitress, Shannon, took care of it with my to-go order. We also enjoyed a huge piece of coffee cake. We’ll definitely be back! Price per person: $10–20."

We stopped on a Wednesday evening, and found a somewhat busy restaurant. One server that we believe is the current owner. Service was a tad slow, but we were in no hurry. We ordered burgers which were really good. The service is not as good as it was with the previous owner. Not sure if it’s a shortage of help or if the new owner is just trying to save a few bucks. Went for the first time recently since covid began. Cannot begin to describe how truly awful it's become. We ordered wings as an appetizer, and they were still FROZEN in the center! The burgers we ordered were all extremely dry and overcooked, and there was maybe a small handful of lukewarm fries for each of us.
