While we waited, we couldn't help but notice the numerous flies buzzing around the establishment. I understand that dealing with pests can be challenging in a food environment, but the fly situation was overwhelming. I found myself constantly swatting them away while in line. Additionally, it was evident that the floors hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, and the door handles were sticky. The service left much to be desired. Our food was hastily put together, items were missing from our order, and the staff's attitude was off-putting. It felt as if we were being blamed for the delay in our food.
