A must try. We went for an anniversary dinner. Excellent food and service. Very inexpensive dinner. Amazing views of the golf course . Gianna was our server. She was great.

Food is always great and portions are large. Staff is friendly and very attentive. Outdoor patio is a must during the nice days. Owners are always there and ensuring everyone has a fantastic experience. A definite gem to visit. The golf is great too.

We eat here about a dozen times a year. The food is always good and reasonably priced. The lobster roll at $21.99 was a good value and delicious. The food was pretty good I would definitely recommend the fish and chips it was tasty and a really generous portion. I was really disappointed with the lobster roll it was my first time trying one and it just didn’t have any flavor and felt the portion could have been better. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

The service was good, and the food was enjoyable overall, though I wasn't a fan of the potato skins. They have a special room for parties and wedding receptions, as well as a casual shack where they serve hamburgers, hot dogs, and drinks. It's a nice spot to check out, especially between the 7th, 13th, and 17th.

Crystal Lake Tavern has a history for serving good food well prepared. They also keep this restaurant spotless clean, and disinfect each table between customers. Since it is located at the Crystal Lake golf course it is a delightful golf venue as well. What a stunning venue for a wedding! I had the privilege of officiating my little cousin's wedding this past weekend, and it was just perfect. The outdoor ceremony area was beautiful, situated right beside the lake. It could comfortably seat around 80 to 100 guests, and there was a lovely gazebo for shade from the hot sun, along with plenty of trees providing cover for everyone. The food was absolutely delicious, and the indoor reception area was spacious, allowing all of us to gather comfortably.

I had the fish sandwich. It's a very generous piece of fried haddock. The battery was just right and it was cooked to perfection. There were lots of choices for sides. I chose the onion rings, and let me tell you there were a bunch of them. It was all I could do to finish all my food. My wife had the steak and cheese with grilled onions. The venue is top notch with a staff to match. Everyone was on their game. Our draft beers were typed of nicely and never allowed to be entry till we were ready to call out. It was a great experience.

My fiancé and I visited Crystal Lake last night to celebrate 100 days until our wedding there, and we were extremely pleased with both the food and service. We especially enjoyed the 2 for $26 deal they are offering—such a fantastic amount of food for such a reasonable price! We usually dine out once a month to sample different items on the menu, and we’ve always had a positive experience here. We can’t wait to get married at this venue in just 99 days!
