I visited the drive-thru to redeem my buy one get one free coupon for a Blizzard, but the cashier didn’t know how to apply the code from my app. Unfortunately, I left without my free Blizzard. I've had negative experiences at this location in the past as well. I won’t be returning to this Dairy Queen again.

I ordered a small chocolate-dipped cone, and honestly, it felt quite small for $3.00. I've had larger cones during my previous visits. I suppose the size may vary depending on who is serving. While I really enjoyed the chocolate-dipped cone, I found it a bit too small—it reminded me of a cone meant for kids. Parking: There is plenty of parking available!

I am very pleased with the service at Dairy Queen. We ordered royal blizzards, but they accidentally charged us extra. The restaurant was pretty busy when we visited. I approached the counter to ask for a refund on the extra charge, and the staff member not only refunded that amount but also returned the cost of both blizzards. I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, both with the service and the food. This was my first time at this location, as I was on a work trip in the area. After a disappointing experience at a different restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and patience of the gentleman who took my order. The food was fresh, hot, and served promptly. I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff for making my visit enjoyable and worthwhile. They truly deserve a raise!

I recently visited a Dairy Queen in California two weeks ago, and the burger there was fantastic—juicy and flavorful, everything you want in a great burger. Unfortunately, the burger patties here were a disappointment; they resembled and tasted like they came from a frozen ballpark package at the grocery store, and even those are better. The patties I had here lacked flavor, were dry, and had no seasoning or char. On the bright side, the service was excellent and everything else about the restaurant was perfect. It's just a shame about the burger.

We placed our order for a Blizzard online for in-store pickup, and when we arrived at the scheduled time, the doors were locked. This meant we had to wait in the drive-thru, which defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. When we reached the drive-thru speaker, we explained that we were there for a mobile pickup. The attendant at the window instructed us to "pull around." Once we walked up to the window, we encountered a rude employee who told us to get back in line and wait like everyone else. To make matters worse, he proceeded to speak disrespectfully about us to his coworkers while we were standing there. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
