"Wow! This was truly an amazing dining experience. The ambiance was delightful and the dishes were imaginative, modern twists on traditional Latin American fare. The rack of lamb was amazing — strongly recommend! Cocktails were creative and delicious. Staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. I do wish the wine list had had more local wines. A lot of Napa and Sonoma options, which while wonderful, are not what I’m looking for when I travel (as someone who lives in the Bay Area). I think a lot of things are overhyped in Cabo but this is not one of them. It’s probably one of the better dining experiences I’ve had — anywhere. Definitely make a reservation in advance. There is live music, which was pleasant for where we were sitting but I suspect folks sitting closer probably had a hard time conversing over the music. If this is important to you, request seating further away from the music in your reservation notes."

What an amazing dining experience!!! By far the BEST table side cesar salad ever!!! And the steak special they provided the night we were there was out of this world!!! Highly recommend enjoying dinner Don Sanchez.

Don Sanchez has certainly elevated their dining experience since the last time we ate there back in 2021 (in their old location). The dining area setting was wonderful, service impeccable, food presentation beautiful, and most important...the food was outstanding! All-in-all just a wonderful dining experience! We will return! An amazing culinary adventure totally worth the price! Wonderful ambience and excellent service. The desert consisting of dark chocolate mousse topped with foie gras and accompanied by local chèvre cheese with honey is a symphony to the senses. At the end of the dinner the chief and owner came to ask us in person whether we have been happy with the meals and service. This restaurant should win a Michelin star!

Super cute spot. We didn’t eat here, only had drinks in the lounge area but would def come back (I believe they are owned by the same people that own The Office and Edith’s in Cabo San Lucas). Their cocktails, as you can see, are sooo pretty, but also very tasty. Forgot our bartender’s name, but he was super attentive and friendly. He saw me scratching my leg several times, so he offered me Off itching spray. He also makes a great espresso martini! Ambiance is really nice, very spacious for large groups and there was a live singer. Will be back!
