El Pollo Loco - Piatti

We don?t have a pollo loco in monterey so once in a while I will stop at this one in Salinas and grab some dinner. The food is fantastic! Highly recommend

Delicious chicken, always cooked perfectly, fall off the bone! Always fast friendly service, even took two dollars off my order when I had to wait a long time at drive-through!

I always get the three chicken meal thigh and wing with corn and pinto beans this is my favorite semi fast food chicken restaurant ever since the 90s. It has not changed since. Thank you so much for not changing your recipe on anything and the salsas are fantastic. I don't have photos sorry

Thinking we had a short line of only 2 people ahead of us up to 8 later orders were filled before ours. Then the order was incorrect. 2 of 3 combos were incorrect and the food was less than enjoyable. The chips left a terrible taste of old fryer oilin our mouths and all 3 of us left with upset stomachs. We will never return to this location. Visualizza piatti

I went to el pollo loco I asked for a 16 piece and they said they didn?t have it when it was on the menu.One of the workers asked me if I wanted a 12 and a 8 I said yes. She ended up giving me two of the 8 pieces.I told them I just wanted one of the 8 piece and the manager came and she was really mad when she returned my money she told me ?don?t do that again ? When it wasn?t my error....they should get a more respectful manager lol

I ordered food online and brought it home. The tacos had very little chicken, it seemed like they forgot to add it. The shells were almost burnt and fell apart easily. When I asked for a refund, the manager asked us how our tacos were and said they don't do refunds for online orders. He tried to contact someone but they didn't pick up, so nothing was done. It was surprising that the manager didn't know how to refund, but I guess every place is different. This experience has definitely made me decide not to return to this restaurant.

He tried contactingsomeone else but they didn?t pick up and so it was just left at that.
