The food and service were excellent. Although the restaurant was quite busy, they seated us right away. Our meals arrived quickly and were absolutely delicious. The tres leches cake was a wonderful way to conclude our dinner.

My family and I are regulars at El Ranchero. Many people from our church also visit there frequently, making it a great place for friends to gather. Pleasant and comfortable restaurant with pretty good food. Not perfect by any means. The salsa could use some adjustment and the enchilada wrap we experienced was somewhat gummy. My wife and I shared a beef/chicken fajita and it was very good and beyond plentiful. Very good service in spite of small staff and very busy dinner hour. If I'm in the area again I will probably return.

Wow! So good. Miguel was a great host! Awesome food recommendations. Quick with the drinks! It's a little restaurant next to a Walmart; right off the interstate, so expectations weren't too high. Boy, we're we glad we tried it! 2 families of four, seated immediately, around 4pm. Prices were reasonable, and the food was stupid good! I had the Churi Pollo that was recommended. It was amazing. Beer was cold. Just go for it. You probably won't be disappointed. We loved it and plan on going back.

Pretty good Mexican place. I thought they had a couple of items I haven't seen before. I got their Mexican tacos, which were like a street taco with beef and pineapple and they were pretty good. My daughter got fajitas that were actually on top of a potato which she really liked and then my son got the big daddy burrito which he said was awesome. We did order some jalapeno poppers but they weren't very good and we had them take them off the bill which they did kindly. The only other thing was my wife wanted a margarita we believe they came out of the machine here and she didn't really care for him. She said they were way too sweet.
