"I haven’t had a chance to try their food yet, but I’m giving this rating for customer service. After my GrubHub account was hacked and my credit card was being used for lucrative food purchases, I called Emilio’s to try to save them the time and product from the fraudulent order that was placed. While they weren’t able to rectify the issue because it was a GrubHub problem, the man I spoke with on the phone originally called me back after GrubHub finally cancelled the order to let me know it had been cancelled and my card wouldn’t be charged. He was super concerned about me and very pleasant despite my frustration. Much appreciated and impressed by him going above and beyond thank you!"

Love the pizza here, its not a thin pizza but it's very doughy fresh, my son nephews loved it! The slices are big, and the sauce is just right!

The quality of the pizza has really declined — the crust has changed, the flavor isn’t the same, and the texture was tough. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it anymore. You might want to try somewhere else. Food: 1 Visualizza piatti

It seems to be the best pizza place around! I walk six blocks past four other pizza shops just for my son. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the pizza smells amazing. They used to have specials for kids after school, and I hope they bring those back in 2021.

I've been going to Emilio's Pizza since I was a kid. They always have great customer service, and delicious pizza, calzones, and beef patties. They also accept debit and credit cards! The only downside is that they don't deliver so get your walking shoes ready! If you are in the neighborhood, it's worth a visit. Visualizza piatti

My actual rating: 4.6. Fifteen years ago, I believed this was the best pizza around. However, something changed, and it didn't feel the same, so I hadn't returned since. Until today... The sauce was excellent, full of exceptional flavor. The cheese was good, though a bit on the dry side— I'd prefer it to be a little oilier. The crust had a nice balance of chewiness and crispiness and reminded me of the taste of an unsalted pretzel. That said, I think $2.50 would be a more suitable price point.
