We've ordered from here multiple times and typically receive a text if the order is ready before the expected time. Pizza is typically good and I love the mac and cheese bites (though I'm not a fan of the pasta). For this order I didn't receive a text, so went to pick it up at the estimated pickup time. Pizza and appetizer were lukewarm at best, probably had been sitting for 20+ minutes. Not worth the price, especially with a tip.

I had the chance to try a new place when I showed up 75 and could not have been happier! Fatkats has a great atmosphere, and our waiter was a very cool guy. I had the fresh Italian pizza because our waiter told us it was award-winning and he was right to the money! It was fantastic! Contrary to what other reviewers wrote about this place, my experience was mediocre at best. I left the place feeling unsatisfied like my Joe Bologna?s experience. We started with wings and a pizza. I have been told that this place had great food and the prices are reasonable. Well, it didn?t. My 8 inch pizza and wings cost $25. Ouch, this place is very expensive. After tip almost $30 for that much food. At least the pizza was tasty. Hot and fresh, but why did it take 30 minutes to get our food. I ordered some wings. It?s your standard frozen wings mixed with some sauce before it goes into the pizza oven. I want to enjoy this place like so many people have, but it didn?t do it for me.

I really don't get the negative reviews. I let them deter me from visiting this place until today, and I’m so glad I finally went! The service was some of the friendliest and fastest I’ve ever experienced, and the pizza was among the best I’ve had anywhere. It was piping hot when it arrived, so much so that I burned my tongue, and the fresh basil really elevated my Fresh Italian pizza. I will definitely return. For those who find it terrible, please do us all a favor and stay away—there’ll be more room for the rest of us! Yes, it is a bit pricier, but once you taste the food, you won’t mind at all.
