Fazoli's - Piatti

Fantastic pasta and fast service! We ordered the counter and brought us our food. Unlimited bread sticks when you dive. The bread sticks are amazing! There is also a ride thru.

I often eat at Fazoli's because I am very tired of the typical fast food offerings in our area mostly hamburgers and fries. Fazoli has an interesting selection, my food is always warm and tasty and I love the bread sticks ............ Many friendly smiles too.

Billy was excellent. Courteous and attentive. My only concern was that though tasty, my lasagna portion was small. I don't think it was the restaurant's fault, as it fit the plate. I was envious of my table mate who ordered the chicken alfredo, as that serving was much larger Visualizza piatti

Fazoli's never fails to disappoint. I gave 3 stars because even though the food I got was not what I wanted, and it was several dollars more expensive, at least it was hot and fresh. BTW your employees knew there was a mistake and failed to refund the difference or correct the order.

My son and I stopped for dinner yesterday while we waited for my dog to run tests at U of I. Very excited to get the breadsticks! We have no more Fazoli near us. The people who work there were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating!! Will definitely stop when we are in the area

Had to go ask for my meal? ! employees were talking to each other so loudly that they were almost screaming. No one at all came by with extra breadsticks or even check on any of the customers . Amazing staff! Super nice and attentive to our needs when dinning in. We had the fettuccine Alfredo and baked ziti!! Came out fast and hot. I live by the Chicago suburbs and we used to have fazoli's out by us, but not anymore. I make it a priority to stop here whenever we are in central Illinois. And I always get a Family Dinner to take back home. I will say the breadstick were super oily but I guess that's just how they make em' now. 4/5

Asked me to pull up to wait for food from drive through waited 30 minutes attempted to walk inside to ask about the status of my meal and the doors were locked 2 hours before they close. Waited outside the drive up window in the rain to ask where my food was that I paid for and they said they were going to get it ready. 10 more minutes pass and they finally brought my food to my car and part of the order was missing. INSANE. Terrible service.

Ordered take out tonight. Went to pick it up and the food was piping hot—which is usually a good sign. I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo w/grillled chicken, mushrooms, and broccoli. The bad: The Alfredo sauce was bland, the grilled chicken was spicy for some reason, and the buttery ‘garlic’ breadsticks were lacking just that. I ate it because I was hungry. The Good: The portions were huge, so my leftovers will be used to reseason it appropriately. Visualizza piatti
