"I was really disappointed with our order last night. After spending the entire day moving furniture, we were craving a hot meal. We placed our order online and were told to expect a 30-minute wait. When we arrived, a young female employee was tossing items back and forth with the sandwich makers. When we informed her that we were there to pick up our order, she barely looked at the sandwich line and said, "I think they're still working on it." Since we were three minutes early, I thought we'd grab our drinks. However, the employee didn't have our order ready and we had to tell her what size drinks we wanted in order to get the cups. She went back to throwing items to the sandwich makers, and we ended up waiting for over five minutes. As the restaurant started to fill up, I noticed one of the sandwich makers pulled out a pre-made bag and called my name. Unfortunately, the two large specialty subs were lukewarm, and the mac and cheese was cold. It's hard to say how long our order had been sitting there, but after a long day's work, I really hoped for a hot meal instead of a lukewarm sandwich and cold mac and cheese. Usually, the food is better, but after this experience, I'm considering going to Chili's next time."

I almost forgot how incredibly tasty the Smokehouse Cheddar Brisket is! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the place is well-maintained. The subs are fantastic, and there’s a nice variety of chips, soups, and more. Plus, the Coke Freestyle machine offers more drink options than most people would know what to do with!

I absolutely love eating at this restaurant. Their subs are delicious and way better than Subway, plus they are more affordable. Every time I visit, I'm happy to see the place is clean and the staff is friendly. Firehouse Subs offers freshly made subs every day, as their name suggests. I'm a big fan of this restaurant chain because the food is always delicious. Their rewards program is impressive, second only to Cafe Rio, which is unfortunate since it isn't available in this city. This specific location was quick, and I appreciated the self-serve soda machine. The atmosphere was somewhat quiet, but the service was prompt and efficient.
