"Really disappointed with our order last night. We worked all day with furniture and wanted a warm meal. We ordered online and had a 30 min. Waiting time. When we arrived, a young female employee was thrown back and forth with the sandwich manufacturers. When we let them know we were here to pick up our order, they hardly saw where the sandwich line is and said? I think they're still working on it.? Since we were three minutes early, I'll get the drinks. The young employee had not given up our order and we had to tell her what the drink size was to get the cups. She went back to throw something on the sandwich manufacturers. We waited for five minutes. When the place began to fill, I noticed that one of the sandwich manufacturers only pulls an already bound bag and announces my name. The 2 large special units were warm. The Macn cheese was cold. How long our order sat is debatable. All I know is after a hard working day, it would have been nice to have a hot meal and not a lukewarm sandwich and cold Mac n cheese. Usually food is better, but after last night I'll go to Chilis next time."

Tea is as weak as water. Talking to management didn't change anything.

My favorite sub place in town. They always get my order right. I have no complaints. The ham, or steak are my favorites along with a cup of soup.

It was our first visit. The sandwiches were okay, but not worth the price. We wish they had told us all of their sandwiches are served toasted, which we do not like.

Great sandwich. Been awhile since I've eaten here. Delicious sandwich. They always had the best dill pickles but this time something different. Not the same dill pickle they give you with the sandwich. Didnt care for it. Hope not all locations changed their pickles. View menu

I almost forgot how delicious the smoked cheddar brisket is at this place! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is kept clean. The subs are fantastic, and they have a beautiful selection of chips, soups, and more. Plus, the Coke Freestyle machine offers a wider variety of drink options than most people would know what to do with!

Firehouse has been giving out subs every day based on you first name. I really like the restaurant chain overall: the food here is always great. Also the rewards are pretty amazing too (second to Cafe Rio, which isn't in town). This location was pretty fast and I like the freestyle machine for soda. The cashier was kinda quiet, but she made the food super fast.

"After hearing much about this place from a coworker, I decided to celebrate my Step Dad here today for lunch. On 1st impressions, the place is kinda small for the amount of people they seem to get. The entrance is a bit of a problem: soon as you open the door you 're faced with a greeting counter where people might already be getting checked out, which then forces anyone trying to come in to have to wait outside with the door open as to not obstruct the already tiny and high trafficked hallway to the second eating area. Now, for the food:My step dad tried the Coctel Maleficio, I picked up the Chilaquiles Mixtos (Red Green) and the Wifey got the Carne Asada Torta. The presentation of the Maleficio was FLAWLESS. Definitely know what their doing there and since my step dad made it disappear, I figured he thoroughly enjoyed it.The Chilaquiles arrive late to the party. And I mean LATE.Everyone at the table received their food at the same time... except me.It was about another 20 minutes easily before I received my food, which I get it, the place only got busier since the moment we arrived.Anyhow, when they did arrive, let 's just the wait was worth it. My personal favorite were the Red Chilaquiles which surprised me with the Spice kick. Now, The Carne Asada Torta:On first glance it looked appealing... and then I heard it ...the bread is really hard. I wish that was all the negative about it but then ...and the meat is also quite tough to bite into... followed. Our server was helpful and accommodating, if anything, they honestly seem to have quite a few too many people behind the desk either just chatting or standing around.Good food but definitely on the pricey side of things."
