"I'm giving this place 5 stars even though two times I went there and my food wasn't made exactly how I wanted it and also the same two times I went it seemed to take quite a long time to get my food. Now with that being said the reason why I'm giving it five stars it's because their subs are excellent I especially like the Italian. The staff seem to be very friendly especially the manager I wish I knew his name so I could put it in here. On several occasions he took time out of his busy work to have short conversations with me which made me feel like he appreciated to his customers. I have read other reviews that are negative about this particular store and I would wholeheartedly disagree with them because their subs are excellent and for the most part made correctly and in a timely fashion I would recommend going here."

We had a long wait for our food today since only three staff members were working. I mentioned to the person at the register that we wanted double meat, but it didn’t seem like we got that, especially given the high prices. I also tried the new Cuban sandwich, which I expected to have shredded ham, but it instead had chunks that were a bit difficult to eat. Because of these issues, I’m giving them a lower rating.

On April 25, 2022, I ordered a New York Steamer hot sub with pastrami, corned beef, and brisket on a wheat roll, adding provolone cheese and caramelized onions. I also got a bowl of Firehouse Chili and a large Firehouse Salad with balsamic dressing. The ingredients are always fresh, and the staff is wonderful! I really appreciate being able to make a donation to firefighters when I pay for my meal. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're a fan of quality fast food. - Tef
