"One of the best meals I've had in a long time. Was gobsmacked by how juicy and meaty the Chilean sea bass was, perfectly cooked and probably the best piece of white fish I've ever had. The potato paves in the poutine and fish and chips were also so inventive and delicious as an alternative to fries. Mussels were huge, plump and tender. Oyster stew special was creamy without being overly rich, and super generous with the amount of oysters. Frost gully cheese special was a welcome bright and refreshing dish among rich and succulent appetizers. Our server was lovely and felt omnipotent in a helpful way, picking up on relevant things we were discussing about the menu and responding to help us come to decisions. Overall felt like fine dining quality dishes but in a laid-back environment and I so appreciated that. So sad I'm not local because I'd come here all the time to try their frequently changing special menus!"

There is no question, Flux is one of the best restaurants in the entirety of Maine, and would rank highly among all of New England. A reminder that you do not need to pay Portland prices, or demand white table cloths, to get extraordinary food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

This place is quite the hidden gem. Lisbon has been working hard to revitalize itself and Flux has well established itself as a highlight you must visit. I can’t speak to the experience of dining in because I got take out, but the food was really good. Chicken sandwiches were yummy. I would have given five stars but for $23, the salad I got was tiny. The size of a side salad, not at all an entree size. So keep that in mind if you’re ordering a salad, they’re very small and maybe not what you would expect for the price. Still good though. This is the most interesting and exciting meal I've had in years. In my experience, fusion is rarely done well. The folks at Flux have knocked it out of the park. I have never seen that much fresh seafood, let alone fresh crab meat, in a seafood pasta dish. That's to say nothing of the entire lobster claw and arm that was in there with it. The house made Pavlova was a light but sweet follow-up and the mango coconut cheesecake was fantastic, and the chocolate ice cream bomb was excellent.
