"What impressed me even more was the exceptional customer service. The head chef is incredibly passionate about the cuisine, his heritage, and his family. He prepared all our meals to order—even though he typically doesn't do that—and he even treated us to some sweet fried plantains because he was so eager for us to try them. If I didn’t live so far away, I would definitely come here every day. I also heard that the guava pastries are so popular they often sell out within the first hour of opening, and I’m always on the lookout for those delightful treats. Overall, this restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a date, a family gathering, or even a solo visit."

Great variety of great Cuban food and friendly atmosphere. Don't be surprised if the family owners and operators pay attention to your needs and tastes. A gem of a tasty, friendly and authentic tastes of Cuban food.

This is the Cuban restaurant you've been searching for! There is no better in Colorado. The pork is slow cooked to perfection and the staff is always so friendly. They serve real Cuban style coffee that is strong but never bitter

Oh my God this deliciouness was amazing. I don't remember what it was called, some kind of steak, but it melted in my mouth it was so tender and juicy! Huge portion of food that left me full with a lot of beans and rice still on the plate. Service was amazing and the owner even brought our food out to us. My friend and I went for the cubano sandwich. It came with three fried plantains which were a nice sweet accompaniment. The family that runs the place is friendly and we felt so welcome when we arrived. We were given samples of the days specials and had we not been set on the sandwiches we definitely would have had one of those. The meat in the cubanos was tender and juicy. I would have liked more pickles, but I could have asked and didn’t.

The owners are incredibly friendly! The food was absolutely delicious. The croquettes were outstanding, and you have to try the Cuban tostada. The Piccadillo was a bit disappointing, but that was the only dish that fell short. Definitely don't miss the guava and cheese empanadas, and the red beans and rice were fantastic! Both the tres leches cake and the rice pudding were also tasty. I'm just naming everything, but I highly recommend it all!

The veggie plate was quite delicious, and the macaroon I had was excellent as well. I also tried the rice pudding cake, but my husband devoured it before I could snap a photo—it was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and eager to answer any questions we had. The atmosphere inside was wonderful.
