Fujiya Ramen - Piatti

It wasn't very good. The Beef Pho didn't taste right and I didn't feel good when I came home. Don't go back. Near 100 for lunch. Not worth the price.

So far, it is the best Ramen I've had in CT compared to Japan! Prove me wrong!! I am rarely in Middletown, but if I'm ever in the area, Fujiya Ramen is the go-to for lunch or dinner! It is great to be able to sit at the counter too!

For our wedding anniversary, my partner and I decided to celebrate by ordering takeout from this restaurant. The food was absolutely divine! From the ramen and gyudon to the gyoza, bao, miso, karaage, curry, and mochi... everything was incredibly delicious. We had enough leftovers to last us for days.

This is my favorite place to go! The food is amazing, the hostess is so nice and I always leave me happy! I'll tell everyone I know about this restaurant and bring all my friends and colleagues here. Nothing is better than a bowl of hot ramen on a cold day? or even a warm day. It is my favorite place for any event, opportunity and night to go outside. I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is incredible, the hostess is incredibly friendly, and I always leave feeling satisfied. I can't stop recommending this place to everyone I know and I frequently bring my friends and coworkers here. There's nothing quite like enjoying a bowl of hot ramen, whether it's a chilly day or a warm one. This is my go-to spot for any kind of celebration, outing, or even just a casual night out. I visit almost every week and the hostess knows my order by heart at this point.

Ok, this is still only my second or third time here, and I think it's growing on me. I always feel like i'm going to walk out hungry and when I finish i'm happy I can walk at all. These bowls have more food in them than I think! Now I have a previous post regarding the bowl I had and this would be repeating that post. I think I have a found a favorite here. So aside from the food, I'd like to mention how accommodating service was here. Very friendly and attentive, without being too attentive. So, I convinced my family to dine at Fujiya Ramen tonight because of the positive Google Reviews. Big mistake; I should 've checked Yelp. Being Japanese myself, I can say with complete conviction that the noodle soup I ordered was absolutely NOT authentic Japanese ramen, despite the very Japanese name of the restaurant. The overpriced tonkotsu ramen was incredibly flavorless; the broth had no hint of being prepared with pork bones or kombu, which gives real Japanese ramen its creaminess, depth and flavor.
