"My wife and I ate at the skillet tonight, August 2 at about 5:30 PM. The new food specials were pointed out to us and my wife ordered the Summer salad and I had the broccoli and beef with a side of hand cut fries, draft Guinness and a water. My wife said the salad was good but my broccoli and beef was awful! The broccoli was simply burnt as in black, wildfire charred. I didn’t eat it, and I took it back. And would you believe it, I swear that same bowl of burnt broccoli and beef got served to the people in the corner. (We were outside). I only regret that I did not take a picture of it. On the plus side when I took my broccoli back, they swapped me out some spicy barbecue tacos that got brought out pretty quick. Also, the french fries were good. Server was very friendly. The atmosphere was loud, as usual. Not my thing, but I know some people like it. One of the songs was a woman singing about her “booty hole”, So maybe not so family-friendly. I was actually pretty disappointed by my trip here this time and will put the skillet on a very low position on my eat out list. Not a great experience for the $42 I spent here."

Don't get duped. The food in the pictures is just to get you here, the menu here is burgers,tenders and highlight is a turkey leg.

We had a great time at this casual spot for drinks and food. The atmosphere was lively, and the outdoor seating was delightful. The service was laid-back and efficient—just order at the bar, grab your soft drinks, and find a table to relax.

Another great road trip stop. Love the funky art and music playlist. Tacos, margaritas, and queso enjoyed. And the owner’s great reply to a nasty review is what made us drive out of our way to stop here for lunch. You have a great place Issac with a great staff who adore you.

Great artsy bar diner. Came for a much reviewed burrito. Due to the floods they were on limited menu so we had the hamburger and ribbon fries. Probably one of the tastiest hamburgers we have ever had. The meat is definitely the star ! The ribbon fries were a great surprise. Not only beau to look at but perfectly cooked as well. Great friendly staff. One of the best meals on this trip
