Gino's Pizza Spaghetti House

Usually good pizza and pasta. Getting the right cook preparing it, it can be awesome food!

Expensive but also most west Virginians idea of pizza. Definitely a state favorite. If pizza isn't your thing I suggest the pubwich.

Awful pizza! I didn't think it was possible to be that bad. We ended up throwing out 3/4 of the pizza. We couldn't even recognize what we were eating, but we were still hungry. The cheese on the appetizer was overcooked and the sauce wasn't very good either.

We called 2 days ago and they delivered to are place on wilding and we called back again and they said they don't deliver at here so we called back and the girl was very nice she took our order and didn't send it through didn't ask if it was cash or credit or didn't ask for our number. I tried calling multiple times to place an order, but no one answered the phone. Since I was driving, I couldn't order online. When I got to the restaurant, I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me. After being ignored for a while, I had to get someone's attention. The employee told me they were busy, but the dining room only had one couple and the drive-thru was empty. I was the only one in line, so it was clear they were ignoring the phones. I was very disappointed with the service.

I order from this location a lot. I’ve gotten mixed up orders sometimes, and I get it, it happens. However, this evening when I called because they didn’t give me all of my order, it was made out to be my fault. I live 20-25 minutes from the store, so obviously I wasn’t going back for my salad. I called just asking if I could stop in next week sometime and grab one, because Idid already pay for it. I was told, you need to check your order better next time. He told me, he will do it just this once, but corporate doesn’t like them to do that. They can get fired for it. Fired for giving the customer already paid for? Seems sketchy to me!!
