"I order from this location a lot. I’ve gotten mixed up orders sometimes, and I get it, it happens. However, this evening when I called because they didn’t give me all of my order, it was made out to be my fault. I live 20-25 minutes from the store, so obviously I wasn’t going back for my salad. I called just asking if I could stop in next week sometime and grab one, because Idid already pay for it. I was told, you need to check your order better next time. He told me, he will do it just this once, but corporate doesn’t like them to do that. They can get fired for it. Fired for giving the customer already paid for? Seems sketchy to me!! The snickers in the background among the workers were wonderful also. Plus the man kept referring to me as Hun..I guess good help is hard yo find!! I’ll be waiting on my response from corporate!! Like I said, People make mistakes, it happens. However, not even apologizing for the error and making it my fault, that’s beyond ridiculous!!"
