"I genuinely don't understand how these lobotomites can't understand how to make a SIMPLE order. I ordered two doubles with no cheese, I said IN PERSON to not put cheese on either burgers but they STILL put cheese on BOTH burgers. I had to go back 3 TIMES just to get what I ordered... If you want to get what you order, go anywhere but here. Service: Takeaway"

"This is the slowest drive-thru that I have ever been to in my entire life and that is not an exaggeration. I've stopped at this location three separate times for lunch during work. Two out of the three times I sat in the Drive-Thru and waited for over 30 minutes. The final time I went I sat there for 15 minutes and nobody attempted to take my order or even tell me to look over the menu and that they would be with me in a second. Just no response whatsoever. Looking over all the reviews of this place it seems that whoever manages this location just doesn't care that their employees are awful. I'll spend my money elsewhere. "This is the 3rd time I had ordered and paid for 4 apple pies. I didn't check until I got home and saw there was only 2. When I called to let them know I couldn't do anything about it because they didn't know if I had eaten 2 or are just trying to get free pies. I try to check or take their placing it in the bags. From now on I won't leave until I see what I ordered is there. I can no longer believe there service has dwindled this bad. I kept the receipt until I was told what I was said, then tore up and threw it out in anger. No proof. Well I guess Wendy's will be my stop from now on."
