This is an excellent spot, and Grace is a fantastic owner. You can get a delicious breakfast burrito for just $6 and a lime for only a dollar—it truly feels like the good old days!

In a time when affordable food is becoming increasingly rare, this place is an exception. You can get a high quality food at great prices and great customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent deli . We had an delightful stay at the Metric, which is a nearby hotel which unfortunately does not provide a full breakfast buffet. I tried Grace 's Cafe today for lunch and it was delicious! I had the meatball soup and a club sandwich and they were both outstanding. Prices are very affordable and the servings are generous. The owner (Grace) is so lovely and friendly, very refreshing for DTLA. Highly recommend this place! One of L.A. 's hidden food spots.

Grace Cafe is an ideal spot if you find yourself confined to your desk at PSE or LAUSD. The food is quite good for Downtown LA. Some of the standout dishes include the Teriyaki Chicken and Albondigas (meatball) soup. Soft drinks are priced at $1.50 per bottle. Don't forget to try a muffin while you're there! Overall, I’d rate the food a solid 5 out of 5.

Grace was so nice! I didn't even order food!My coworker ordered a patty melt which she didn't have. She explained people wanted French fries with their patty melts and they didn't have fries.She recommended the pastrami which looked great.When she brought his food she brought bananas for the rest of the table who didn't order food. Great customer service with delicious food! I go to Graces and love the food and positive energy she provides. I personally think her food is underpriced compare to others and inflation but she loves taking care of people in the neighborhood. I will continue being regular there! Highly recommend for quick meal. Call ahead and order... she gets super busy at lunch time.

What’s not to love about this place? It’s the perfect spot for a quick and delicious bite. Grace, the wonderful host, greets every customer with a personal touch. My go-to lunch is the sole fish, lightly grilled, but the real standout is the tomato-copper sauce, which has a hint of acidity that perfectly complements the fish's freshness. Served on a bed of rice with steamed vegetables, it’s a filling delight. The restaurant is small, with a few tables outside, adding to its charm.

Grace used to have a stand within the Los Angeles Unified central office building. Now she has her own storefront. Prices are the lowest I 've seen in downtown Los Angeles. The veggie burrito is $5 and I usually eat half for breakfast and save the second half for lunch. Grace is very caring and will sometimes add a banana to my order to give me more nutrients since I usually order a vegetarian-friendly item.Food is tasty and made to order. It does get busy around lunch time but you 'll still be able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I like to order during off-peak hours to save time. Visualizza piatti
