"After that, we placed our meal orders and waited at least 40 minutes before we decided to ask a staff member at the front about our food, as our waitress hadn’t visited our table at all during that time. The person we spoke with informed us that the kitchen was overwhelmed since many orders came in at once. We then waited an additional 15 minutes before our meals were finally served. Unfortunately, the dishes were either not very good or incorrect, which was especially disappointing for the birthday girl. After we finished eating, we waited another 20 minutes for our waitress to tell us that the cake we brought would be out soon. Overall, the entire experience was a letdown. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for the complete lack of communication from the waitress and staff. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant."

Typo on brunch menu says think cut steaks thought it was supposed to say thick but nope got a thin deli slice of steak. Ordered over easy eggs and got 1 over medium and 1 hard. Steak tasted good so not a total fail.

It took over an hour and a half for us to get our food! Some of the orders were incorrect, and there wasn't even an apology. We were never offered refills for our drinks. It was a terrible experience, and I would never return.

Kid-friendliness: We attended the Easter Brunch and sat next to a table of five including one child of around 6 months. The Maitre D was super friendly to the child and spoke to him as if he were in her family. It was very heartwarming. Visualizza piatti

Sarah was an excellent server! My wife and I absolutely loved the Buck a Shuck deal. The oysters were clean, fresh, and delicious. Our appetizers and salad were also fantastic. I’m not sure why it took us so long to return, but Grill 37 is definitely going to be one of our go-to spots from now on.
