"The menu had so many tempting options, but I decided to go with a few appetizers to sample a little of everything. I started with a small house salad dressed in their red wine vinaigrette, which was delightful—though I wish I'd asked for some Parmesan to sprinkle on top. At the table, they provide extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and oregano for the bread. While I enjoyed the bread, I prefer one that's a bit crispier.
I also ordered the meatballs appetizer, which were exceptional, as well as the PEI mussels in a white wine and garlic sauce. They were slightly smaller than I expected but packed a lot of flavor. The dirty martini was fantastic, too. Next time, I'm definitely trying the gnocchi and caprese!"
