"For those that are thinking about having a meal here. Do it. The service is wonderful. Christine was awesome and answered all of our questions. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere warm and inviting. The house specials are just right. Make sure you get the muffins. It was a perfect end to our 12th anniversary. I couldn't have asked for a better evening. Service: Dine in"

"i came here with my friends after a day trip to the beach. it took us over 30 minutes to get a waitress and were completely overlooked because we weren’t ordering beers/drinking. it took over an hour and a half to get our food. the waitress spoke to us unprofessionally, sat down at our table, and slammed her notebook in front of us rudely. the service in general was just bad. the kitchen was very very dirty and the cook was wearing flip flops and basketball shorts, not to mention the copious amount of health violations posted on their health inspection online. i wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you’re not drinking."

"1. The food is consistently excellent. They maintain high-quality standards, and I've never had an issue with how the food is prepared. The sushi is always presented beautifully and artistically, and my favorite dishes taste just as I expect them to every time. They handle special requests perfectly and pay great attention to detail. 2. The staff is exceptional. Owner Kitty, manager Michael, and the friendly wait staff like Cindy are all reasons why I keep coming back. 3. The lunch prices are a steal. If you order from the lunch menu between 11 AM and 3 PM on weekdays, you can enjoy the same amazing food at a reduced price. While they do offer a sushi lunch special, the more elaborate rolls are consistently priced. 4. We've brought visitors who are Japanese nationals, and they have praised this humble local spot. Overall, Bamboo is truly a fantastic place to dine!"

"The menu had so many tempting options, but I decided to go with a few appetizers to sample a little of everything. I started with a small house salad dressed in their red wine vinaigrette, which was delightful—though I wish I'd asked for some Parmesan to sprinkle on top. At the table, they provide extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and oregano for the bread. While I enjoyed the bread, I prefer one that's a bit crispier. I also ordered the meatballs appetizer, which were exceptional, as well as the PEI mussels in a white wine and garlic sauce. They were slightly smaller than I expected but packed a lot of flavor. The dirty martini was fantastic, too. Next time, I'm definitely trying the gnocchi and caprese!"

"This restaurant has really declined over the past year. There are a lot of new staff members, and it seems like they can’t retain their employees. Communication among the team is lacking. The dining area was very dirty, and there were no drink lids available except for those that fit the water cups. The salsa bar was unappealing, and both the tables and floor were in need of cleaning. It was also uncomfortably hot inside, almost as if the air conditioning was broken, and the staff was visibly sweating, which was off-putting. Additionally, they are overly generous with the sauce on the food, which completely overwhelms the dish. Overall, I’m not interested in returning."
