One of my favorite spots! The food is fantastic, there’s great music on Saturday nights, and it's always a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend Hillbilly Hideaway to anyone who enjoys comforting home-cooked meals and delightful bluegrass music.

If you're in the area, this place is a must-visit. They offer an all-you-can-eat experience where food is served at your table from a cart. The unexpected ambiance truly makes this restaurant extraordinary. Located in a neighborhood, the exterior doesn't hint at the delightful surprises waiting inside. The southern soul food is absolutely delicious!

Very interesting place! Order by person and food will be released to be shared by the table. Homeland cooking. The fried chicken was excellent, along with ribs. All sides were well prepared and when we ran out of a bit more were brought. The only negative was the land sink, but some of our colleagues said that they thought it was very good. "We live nearby and had passed by this place many times without trying it, but today we had a fantastic experience. The all-you-can-eat style, where they serve food from a cart, creates a relaxed and homey atmosphere. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of. We will definitely return! The baked chicken and mashed potatoes were the favorites at our table, along with the delicious yams!"

Absolutely delicious! The meatloaf was incredible, and the biscuits were fantastic. All the vegetables were tasty as well. The chocolate cake was definitely worth it. I do wish the chicken gravy had a bit more flavor, and while I’ve had better fried chicken, it was still good. The staff were all incredibly friendly, efficient, and hardworking, including the owner who was actively serving guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Food was excellent the atmosphere was excellent very crowded sat down and had a wonderful a ray of food in a matter of minutes. Are hostess of the evening was excellent and even after seating us and getting our drinks immediately she checked on us and made sure everything was going well for the night. Hillbilly hideaway is the place to go if you want to get full on good food. Oh and did I mention that was the best fried chicken I have ever had fresh and not greasy and beautiful crispy skin. If you are looking for some decent southern cooking. This place you definitely want to visit. The ho cakes are amazing and the cornbread is done just right. Never had southern food and want a taste? Try this place you will get the real southern experience, they also have barn to listen to some blue grass music while you wait on a table or after you eat. Each night has a set menu for dinner, so the whole table is eating the same thing just like if you went to grandmas for dinner. A must if you visit North Carolina!

We went this afternoon for a family dinner. There were nine of us so I called ahead not knowing how busy they would be. We were seated right away. Greeted by each and every employee. Our drinks were served. They were quite busy but the owner came to our table and said she wanted to get us started with some food. The food was awesome, employees very nice and we all loved the place. Talked to the owner at check out and she told us a little about their place. Invited us back and told us about Sat., how they have different types of singing in the back building. We will definitely go back on Sat for dinner and check out the entertainment.
