"Trying to find a good NY style pizza is difficult. Stopped in to try a single cheese pizza slice before I buy a whole pie. The joint reminded me of a deli in NY. The pizza DID NOT disappoint! Was very good and will definitely come back for more. I also look forward to trying other menu items as well."

Probably best pizza in Wilson. Shares the same name with another resto in Peppermill. But this is better. The crust of the pizza is crunchy, chewy and airy.

"01/28/19 3/5 stars. I went with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday at this place. It was our first time trying this place. The overall experience was just average. I had the pecan encrusted chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus. All that sweetness from the chicken tasted weird with the mashed potatoes. I wasn?t much of a fan but I really loved what my boyfriend got. He had pulled pork quesadillas. It was really good. I also got a watermelon martini, that was good. The atmosphere seemed a bit lifeless but the waitress was nice. I don?t think I?ll go here to celebrate a special occasion. 7/1/20 4/5 stars Over the summer, I went to Daniel's. I got the cheese risotto as well as the pulled pork quesadillas. It was quite nice. My boyfriend got the seared duck breast which he really liked."

"I regret to write this review, especially since I've given this restaurant five stars in my previous visits, but I was quite disappointed yesterday. For the first time, both the service and the food fell short of expectations. When we arrived, we weren't greeted at all, and there was no farewell when we left—just a simple "3," and then we were seated. We ordered spring rolls for appetizers, Boston rolls, duck ramen, and spicy fire noodles (I can't recall the exact name). I was dealing with sinus issues and specifically wanted a nice bowl of ramen to help clear my chest and nose. Unfortunately, the duck ramen arrived without any broth, even though it came with a spoon meant for broth. All I received were seasoned noodles—no broth whatsoever. I pointed out that this dish is usually served with broth and questioned the reason for a spoon in a ramen bowl if there was no broth. The waitress, who hasn't worked there as long as I've been a customer, insisted that this is how it is always served. She kindly offered to add more broth, but when she returned, she brought just a spoonful—literally, a spoonful of broth. To make matters worse, the noodles were also undercooked. I sampled a few pieces of duck and left the rest of the dish untouched. My son also complained that his noodles were chewy. Throughout this experience, no one even asked how our meals were. For an $80 meal, it was quite disappointing. I plan to return to Varee, as I've always had great experiences there, but I felt it was important to share this just in case others have noticed a decline here as well."

"We live in Greenville but made the trip to Wilson to try this restaurant, and it did not disappoint. We arrived 30 minutes before closing, and they welcomed us warmly. Our order was taken promptly, and our food was served quickly. The service was outstanding; we never felt rushed. Honestly, this was the best food I've had in a long time! I'd choose to drive here over any other place! Service: Dine in, Meal type: Dinner."

"The atmosphere was fantastic. I appreciated the lighting and sound levels, as there were multiple games going on but no live music at that time. The staff was friendly. However, the food took a long time to arrive and was only mediocre. I wouldn't say it was worth the 45-minute wait. When we ordered, it seemed like only two or three tables ahead of us were waiting for their food. You place your order at the bar, pick up your food and drinks, and help yourself to refills. There is staff available to assist at the tables. It reminded me of Bojangles, but with better beer."

"Our food was brought to our table by one of the cheerful cooks, and everything was correct with our order. I enjoyed the flavor of their cooked-to-order burgers and fries, and my son and boyfriend felt the same. Although the restaurant wasn’t overly crowded, it had a steady flow of customers, and we didn’t have to wait long at all for our three combo meals. We were also given a coupon for our next visit, which I definitely plan to use since we will be returning to this location. If you’re looking for a burger place beyond the usual chain restaurants, I recommend giving Wayback a try!"
