"I stopped by on a Wednesday at 4:30 PM and was warmly greeted by a very friendly and helpful young pregnant woman who seated me. Before I even received the menu, they brought out a herbal oil, roasted peppers and onions, along with a bread basket that featured three types of bread and some pizza. I was already impressed. I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan with Penne Pasta, which comes with either soup or salad. I couldn’t resist trying the chicken tortellini, and I was not disappointed; each spoonful was packed with chicken and diced carrots. My glasses of ice water and soda never got more than half empty before they were refilled. The Eggplant Parmesan was a sight to behold—layer upon layer of thinly sliced eggplant interspersed with Parmesan cheese, topped with a generous amount of molten golden mozzarella. The penne was cooked to perfection and complemented the dish beautifully. I relished every bite of my meal. The only downside was that I was too full to try any desserts! Overall, it was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had."

"Updated Review 7/23: I had to update my review from my last visit here. This time was way better! The food was really good and fresh. The service was good and we were seated comfortably. We did not have a great experience last time and I’m happy to say it was completely different this time. I will return again! I am disappointed to say they no longer have curly fries. : The appearance of this diner is appealing, in fact it is huge. They were super busy when we went and there were many “regulars” in there. If it wasn’t for the food, I would have rated it much higher. I ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. The sauce was good but the mozzarella sticks were doughy and not cooked very well. The waitress says that they just started using new mozzarella sticks. I wouldn't get them again. I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and curly fries. First, I rarely come across places that serve curly fries so this was a huge plus for me. The sandwich, however, was greasy and I had to take most of the bacon off because it was undercooked and rubbery. Finally, I ordered a danish and an apple turnover to go. They were both rock hard and had very little flavor. I was disappointed because they advertise a bakery so I thought I would get bakery quality. The one thing I did like is that they had all of the bakery items individually wrapped. I would give the diner one more try but I definitely will not be ordering bakery items. They do have a really large menu, so I can try something new!"

"I just found out that they are closed and I am so SAD!! I absolutely loved this place, the setting was perfect, the presenation of the food was superb and the service was excellent. The portions were perfect and the food was beyond comparison, I've never been disappointed with any plate I've ordered from there. Does anyone know if they moved or if the main chef went somewhere else?"

"I've ordered from this restaurant fairly regularly over the past few years, but unfortunately, the food has become inedible in recent months. I'm not sure if there's been a change in ownership or management, but the quality has significantly declined. The staff seems unfamiliar with the menu; for instance, they offered a Santa Fe wrap with chicken as a vegan option, and the panzarotti was undercooked, with cold mozzarella inside and a stringy texture. I also received items with grilled chicken, which has always been bland and unappealing, instead of the fried chicken I expected. Moreover, my orders frequently have missing items, and I once received two pizzas that were completely burnt on the bottom—this wasn’t just a matter of being well-done, they were actually blackened. It’s disappointing to see how far this place has fallen from being one of the better pizza shops around."

"This Chick-fil-A?s customer service skills is virtually non-existence. After an excessive wait in the drive thru I was directed to pull to the front and someone would bring out my order. After waiting an addition 5 minutes I went in the store to cancel myorder and after waiting to advise someone of my request to cancel the manager on duty, Meghan, offered a standard half-heartedapology before informing me she wasn?t certain if the points redeemed for an order I didn?t receive would be refunded to myaccount. I later learned the answer was no, but to call customer service to request the refund of points. Further,inconveniencing the customer."
