"The service at this restaurant can be inconsistent, but the smoothies never disappoint—they're always delicious. Even if they're out of certain fruits, they’re happy to substitute with one of your choosing. However, I recently had a frustrating experience on the morning of May 11 that caused me to drop my rating from 4 stars to 3. When I arrived, there was no one at the front to assist me, and despite calling out for help, no staff came. Just as I was about to leave, one staff member finally showed up, but without any apology. He seemed uninterested and simply left my order on the counter without a friendly goodbye."

I'm always a fan of Jamba! I got a drink right after having lunch at Five Guys, and it was just as delicious as ever. I'm really glad we have Jamba on the West Coast!

The employees are sweet and they really know their drinks. You tell them what you like or if you just want to try something new and their recommendations have been spot on every time. Would recommend because of the employees.

I have forgotten the young man's name. My visit was several months ago. However, I just want to say he, we shall call him the Jamba Juicer, provided true customer service. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cashier shortchanged me by $10 and then tried to deny it when I pointed it out. I paid $7 for a waffle and a wheat grass, which felt like a rip-off. The service was also inexperienced. I'll be more careful with my money and food in the future and will go to a different smoothie place from now on.

The young woman at the front counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, both of my hearing aids malfunctioned, making it challenging for me to hear. She graciously communicated with me using sign language, which was a very considerate gesture. I wanted to take a moment to write this review to highlight her outstanding service. I hope she sees this.
