We only ordered a cheese sandwich, which seemed a bit expensive for just cheese, but it was incredibly tasty.

Waiting for a sub for 20-30 mins, even when it’s not too busy, it’s a no no. Sorry, guys. Gotta rethink workflow.

The restaurant operated like a well-oiled machine. Although there was a long line, it moved swiftly. However, I found the prices a bit higher for a sandwich compared to other locations. Food: 5/5.

Great sandwich shop! It's very clean and all of the workers are very nice people and we're very helpful. It was my first time going to this place and I have to say I liked it more than Subway. The cashier recommended the 43 and I loved it!

Veterans Day was busy but I felt very taking care of by Byron and his team. He made sure all 12 of my sandwiches were sliced just the way I asked. My family can be complicated sometimes and he didn’t bat an eye or get upset which we run into a lot these days. He wiped down the meat cutter and the counter for my gluten free request which seemed to be a problem when I’ve gone in the past. I’ll definitely be heading back in next time I’m in town. While the food remains good, the service has declined somewhat. It has never been exceptional, but on a few occasions, we have witnessed instances of staff being rude to customers, including one elderly man who was confused about using the app and ourselves. Not all staff members exhibit this behavior, but some seem to lack fundamental customer service skills. A half-day training session on the basics could greatly benefit this team. While some may be new to the workforce and still learning, others who appear to have been there for a while certainly need a refresher.

My family's orders can sometimes be a bit complicated, but Byron managed everything smoothly, which has not always been the case at other places. Additionally, when I asked for gluten-free options, he took the time to clean the meat cutter and the counter, addressing a concern I had during past visits. I will definitely return the next time I'm in town.

The sandwiches here are great. The service is not.I placed an order on line on Friday Sept 23rd, and there was an hour wait. No problem, I don’t mind waiting because again, the sandwiches are great. I show up a few minutes after my pickup time and wait in the pickup area. None of the staff members working acknowledge anyone in the online pick up area. After about 5 mins of standing, I am able to get the attention of a staff member and I let them know that I was there to pick up an order. They snap back at me, “if you couldn’t tell, there’s a line in store and we’re short staffed so you need to wait” the thing is, I had been waiting, an hour and fifteen minutes at this point.
