I was pulled from my usual duties to assemble sandwiches without using paper or protection to prevent cross-contamination. Only the person handling the meat wore a mask. There weren't many vegan options available, but the bread was good. I will not be returning.

Jersey Mikes in Olympia Fields makes some of the best sandwiches. I have tried this restaurant in varies locations, bread hard, made sloppy. Not at the Olympia Fields location. Always made to perfection. They get 5 stars from me. I appreciate having thisrestaurant in our community!

I am astonished at how unprofessional the manager was during my recent visit to this restaurant. I visit here weekly and always appreciate the professionalism of the young staff. However, today the manager's behavior made me so uncomfortable as a customer. She should not be in a managerial position. When I expressed my discomfort, she very loudly and rudely said, "I don't give a ****". I was just trying to enjoy my lunch.

THE WORSE SERVICE EVER! How is an establishment have the capabilities to prepare cold sandwiches but not hot sandwiches. However, I should not be surprise. Also, I ordered through the app previously again for convenience. Nonetheless, when I arrivedmy food was nowhere to be found. When I requested a refund, the employee appeared to be frustrated. Additionally, this locationran out of bread so could not prepared any more sandwiches. HORRIBLE location!

I went there because I had a late dentist appointment in Flossmor and was bringing home dinner for my family. There was NO mask sign on the door, so I thought wearing a mask was optional. I walk in and am welcomed. I get my order taken and I see them making my sandwiches. A girl comes in from the back and starts to put gloves on. She then asks me if I have a mask. I said no it’s in the car. She asks me to go get it. I walk out and don’t go back in. I am a respectful person, but if you want your customers to wear masks then put a mask sign on the door!!!
