Food was awsome ! Staff very friendly and my burger was spot on !

Quick service and preparation of food was excellent but just a little bit pricier than what I thought it was going to be.

JJ's is a down home type of restaurant. They have a variety of options to choose from and their prices are reasonable. The staff is polite and what to make sure you are satisfied with your service and meal.

Had breakfast here and it was not good. The food has no taste just bland. The only thing you taste is grease. The biscuits were dry and hard. The egg were just eggs. The hashbrown were okay. They need to get a better cooking staff.

I came to JJ,s with a group of ladies today. We were immediately seated by friendly staff. Special kudos to our server, Dana, who did a phenomenal job taking care of our diverse order. She even took time to take a picture of us. Thanks, Dana and JJ,s! Visualizza piatti

The restaurant itself is nice and very clean. The staff are quick, friendly and helpful. Food.....well you decide. The picture of my supposed ribeye is here. It looked and tasted more like chicken fillet than a ribeye. Though I did receive 2 and both were nice size fillets. But not what I ordered.

Love love love this place! I am slowly but surely making my way through the menu and so far I haven’t had anything that wasn’t absolutely amazing. You see nothing but smiling faces from the moment you walk through the door. The employees are so nice and helpful. I’ve never had slow service either. This place is such a St. Charles staple, in my opinion. Any time friends come from out of town they always wanna go back to JJ’s. Get the onion tanglers and thank me later.

Edit to ask PLEASE cook your crinkle cut fries longer. They are usually still hard in the middle and sometimes limp. Yesterday I even asked for them to be cooked longer, but it didnt happen. Still love this place, just a request for the future because I've heard others say the same. Also the bacon cheeseburgers are amazing when the bacon is cooked fully and crisp this used to be the norm here but the last 2 times I had one it was rubbery, unfortunately, so I stopped ordering them just in case that's the new normal. I just switched to ordering a cheeseburger without the bacon and they're also fantastic! Love their burgers and fries. The bacon cheeseburger is fantastic! Visualizza piatti
