So disappointed with this place. Spider roll had bits of previously fried soft shell crab parts was mostly filled with imitation crab, too much rice, service was nonexistent. Food: 1 Service: 1

I got more than the sake cocktail! I can’t seem to access my full photo library for some reason. The food is excellent and they always seem to be able to accommodate MANY diners. I rotate between the giant bowl of udon soup and their signature veggie roll. My hubby enjoys the sushi. It’s trusty. The tofu used for the bento box is nothing special. Recommend skipping that. new owners horrible service and unrealistic wait time for food. after 75 min wait we left. they made zero attempt to make it right and seem to think it is acceptable to give excuses and blame that you ordered sushi. If the place cannot provide the food it is offering in a timely manner don't offer it. It was off putting that our server had long fake nails hanging over into the dishes he served. hygiene anyone? negative stars if I could. so bad Service: Dine in

I went there with my wife and daughter on a relatively quiet Tuesday evening and found ourselves waiting a while after being seated. I tried to be patient. My daughter ordered the pork katsu kids bento, which turned out to be the highlight of our meal. My wife opted for udon and a roll, while I chose the chirashi and ama ebi (sweet shrimp). We waited longer than expected for our food. At last, the dishes started to arrive. My daughter's katsu and my wife's udon came first.
