"We ordered the family deal today. All of it was absolutely AWFUL! The two salads COMBINED was barely enough to feed one person, the garlic knots were burnt and had all the garlic in the bottom of the tin and nothing on the actual knots themselves, the pizza was laughably over cooked as if someone did it on purpose to see if we'd say anything. I ordered a small pizza here yesterday and it was awesome! Today we had family over and ordered this for the football game and all had to eat somewhere else after! That should never have been allowed to be put together to actually be given to a paying customer. We used to order here very often. We'll never come back, purely because if you think this is acceptable to serve to someone (you could tell everything was burnt and the salad was half made just by GLANCING) then obviously you could care less about the customer that pays you money and there's no telling where else you lack quality and service. Only reason this place gets even one star is because i cannot give them zero stars and leave a warning for other potential customers. EDIT Received an email from the assistant manager Tanner apologizing and offering to comp the same order should we choose to return. We gave it another shot today and it was amazing. They apologized again a few times when we went in to pick up the order and showed us the food prior to leaving. It was all made exactly how johnnys typically does it and it was fantastic! Complete 180 from our previous experience and we will be SURE to return! Thank you guys!"

I always have a fantastic time at this restaurant! Mondays are my favorite because they have a special offer of $1 cheese slices with any drink purchase. The servers are also amazing and very friendly.

The quality of the food should be much better considering the price. Additionally, I found bacon in my Buffalo Chicken Sub/Wrap, even though it was not listed as an ingredient. The Margherita Flatbread I ordered was also undercooked.

My favorite is pepperoni, banana peppers and mushrooms with extra sauce and extra bake! Best pizza in town! If you are getting delivery have your oven preheated to 350 and put that pizza in there box and all when it arrives. Stays hot and crispy. Box is fine as long as you dont go over 400 in the oven.

The food at Johnny's is amazing and the service is fantastic. As newcomers to Athens, we were thrilled to discover this restaurant close to our home. After trying it for the first time, we fell in love and have since returned multiple times. We highly recommend Johnny's to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The pizza, in particular, is some of the best we've had in a long time.
