It’s not just about the $2 charge; it’s the dishonesty in presenting it this way, as if she’s trying to inflate the bill to compensate for her poor service, hoping for a pity tip of 15%. As for the food, it was mediocre at best—far too expensive for very basic offerings. I don’t recall the server's name, but she was a middle-aged woman with a negative attitude."

The server didn't mention that there would be an additional charge for fries. Instead of asking if we preferred chips or wanted to upgrade to fries for an extra cost, they just asked if we wanted fries. This isn't the best way to upsell to customers.

I really appreciate being served a cold burger fries on my lunch break! Waitress offered to have it remade, I turned that offer down, why so she could bring me another cold 13 hamburger???
