Jrecks is a great family restaurant! We ordered takeout for dinner and had a fantastic meal. The price per person was $10–20. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend trying the Regular Mixed Wrap and Steak Subs.

We found several hairs in our food, including the cheese for our children's pommes. The fries had a clumpy texture and were soggy. The manager at the register seemed overwhelmed and kept sighing, exclaiming "Jesus, this is a lot of food!" She also messed up our order. This restaurant is a must-visit in the area; I had a sandwich that was prepared promptly and tasted amazing. I want to give a special thanks to Steve for making my experience at Jreck’s unforgettable. This was a take-out dinner, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I highly recommend trying the Ham and American Cheese Sub or the Turkey and Cheese Sub. For vegetarians, there are some options available, but not extensive. The menu clearly labels vegetarian dishes. There is plenty of parking available, with a free parking lot for customers.

After completing a 16-hour shift at a nearby hospital, feeling hungry and exhausted, I stumbled upon jrecks in Massena. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst dining experience I've ever had. The indifference I encountered was appalling. The person taking my order seemed impatient when I took a mere 30 seconds to decide. Despite there being no other customers waiting, he almost demanded my order and didn't offer me the choice of bread type, which is standard at jrecks. In a disinterested tone, he directed the other workers to prepare my order and casually asked if it was for dine-in or take-out before turning away to ask his coworker, "Should I stop this guy or let him go?"
