"AVOID KFC in SALEM AT ALL COSTS! I placed an online order for an 8-piece meal, but when I got it home, I discovered that part of my order was incorrect. I returned to the restaurant to explain the situation and request an exchange. However, the staff insisted that my order was correct and, with a condescending and snarky attitude, claimed that they couldn’t exchange it since I had already left the building with it. When I inquired about this policy, the staff member simply stated it was company policy. I apologized for any inconvenience I may have caused and reiterated my request for an exchange, trying to remain polite and cordial. Unfortunately, the staff member continued to exhibit an unprofessional and rude demeanor. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with his tone, he shockingly replied, "If you want attitude, I can just throw you out of here right now!" I then asked to speak to a manager, only to find out that he was the manager. I requested the name and contact information for his supervisor, but he only provided me with a name and no contact details, claiming he didn't have a phone number or email address available. This experience was unacceptable, and it’s clear that the current management staff needs to be replaced. If this is how KFC in Salem treats its customers, then I strongly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. I know I will never return! I would give it zero stars if that were an option!"

They really need to bring back the food bar. I won’t be dining there again until they do.

Absolutely terrible! I went at 6:30 in the evening, and they were out of everything. No one seemed to be wearing gloves, and they were just wiping their hands on their clothes. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, doing their jobs exceptionally well. I really missed the KFC hot wings, and I was pleased with my meal. I'm glad that there is a KFC in Stockholm and hope to see more of their locations in the future! Visualizza piatti

I had a great experience at the restaurant today. The products were excellent. I noticed that the menu listed a budget-friendly wet towel, but after speaking with the manager, I ended up getting two wet towels instead. I would definitely give this place 5 stars!

My step dad and I just went through and ordered 24 of the Buffalo chicken wings. They said it'd be about an 11 minute wait, was well over that and they used honey BBQ instead of Buffalo. This is not the first time they have messed up our order. I've neverhad the order come out right from there
