Got food from here last night to try again because everytime we eat fro m here we get sick with bathroom issues if we go to collinsville one we don't the chicken was real dark like they had re fried it again done with place I like Lee's better

I ordered an 8-piece meal with 8 chicken fingers that was supposed to come with 3 sides and biscuits. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the coleslaw, and I wasn't informed that it was unavailable, nor was I offered a replacement. Additionally, there was no sauce provided for the chicken fingers. I was quite disappointed that they didn't have popcorn chicken for the famous bowl, so they substituted it with just a single chicken strip on top, which is significantly less than what you would typically receive. It came with a soda, but the drink tasted watered down and seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. Moreover, the cheese wasn't melted properly.

I always remembered going to Kentucky Fried Chicken as a kid with my Grandmother after church on Sundays and we sometimes made an evening dinner with it too! I am 51 years old now and when I walked into KFC on Sunday, nothing changed at all. You know they say something's should not be changed, well I'm glad they didn't. Everything was still the same as when I was a kid. I loved it and thanked them for it still tasting so good.

Absolutely awful! The chicken in the mashed potato bowl had a strange grayish hue, and most pieces were barely the size of a dime. It looked like the kind of chicken you’d find at the bottom of a fryer. The bowl was filled to maybe 65% capacity. Even the gravy appeared to have been sitting out for days. I took a few bites and ended up throwing the rest away. This meal is definitely not worth $13; it feels more like $3 food. On the plus side, the biscuits were at least edible. I hope things improve! I have wonderful memories of visiting Kentucky Fried Chicken with my grandmother after church on Sundays when I was a kid. Sometimes we even turned it into a special dinner! Now, at 51, I returned to KFC on a Sunday, and everything felt just as it did back then. They say some things are best left unchanged, and I'm truly pleased that KFC has stayed true to its origins. It was like stepping back into my childhood, and I savored every bite. I'm thankful that the taste is just as amazing as I remembered!

After a 20-minute drive to get this meal, I ended up wasting both gas and money. I returned to the restaurant to explain the situation and even showed them pictures. They admitted there was an issue and replaced my meal without any hassle. Unfortunately, the new meal was just as disappointing; it was still greasy and rather than the original chicken I had ordered, I received something different that was very dry and overcooked. It felt like they were hurrying through my order. At this point, I decided to leave, and I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning.

In July 2022 we went through the drive through and ordered Extra Crispy Chicken. They said it would be about 10 minutes so we paid and parked. About 15 minutes later, the manager, CORY, came out to the car and apologized for the wait, but it would beanother 20 minutes wait for the Extra Crispy Chicken. He substituted for Regular Chicken and told us he would make it up to usnext time we were there. In August about 45 days later, we were back in Glen Carbon and went in. Cory duplicated our originalorder and added a couple of extra pieces of chicken. The order was almost $30 and he was true to his word and there was nocharge. I was surprised at his keeping his word.
