"We had an incredible lunch at Le Bistrot à Huîtres. We did not have a reservation but luckily, there was a table available for our late lunch. We both ate the seafood with pasta which was made with a sublime pesto sauce! At the end of the lunch service the cook came out and spoke to the patrons. Everyone that works there is professional and friendly, and I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning."

Excellent experience, me who is from the south and who loves fish, so very happy to have tasted this bouillabaisse. The reception was perfect and thoughtful. I can't wait to go back but not right away because quality has a price

We've been coming to this restaurant for a few years. During our last visit, we did not find the same finesse in the dishes. The accompaniments (riz and risotto) much too salty, the dishes did not have this peps that we knew. As for the waitress, she forgot to smile at the dressing room.

"I recently had the opportunity to dine at L’Auberge du Zoo, and I was pleasantly surprised by the originality of a menu that honoured Roug’chou. The atmosphere was warm, with a touch of modernity that blended perfectly with the almost historical setting of this mythical place in Mulhouse. The meal was not only delicious, but also innovative, with these dishes highlighting the Roug’chou in an unexpected way. The chefs were able to transform this ingredient often underestimated into truly surprising culinary creations, combining flavours and textures harmoniously. I strongly recommend this establishment to those looking for a memorable gastronomic experience. I would like to point out that they have a clean menu at the restaurant and that the meal I attended was organized on the occasion of an evening of the Brotherhood of Roug’chou."

"Le cadre est plutôt moderne, cependant le service laisse à désirer. Et les sushis sont catastrophiques.Lors de notre visite nous n'avions pas de tasse pour boire notre thé. Après plusieurs demandes on nous ramène finalement une toute petite tasse. L'entrée était correct, une soupe miso (semblable à la plupart des japonais )et une salade verte. Les sushis et les makis ne sont pas dignes d'un japonais. Le poisson est très gras et manque de fraîcheur. Le riz est dur, l'assaisonnement manque de finesse. Et la décoration est faite de feuilles en plastique. Les prix des plats et des menus sont dans la moyenne, mais les boissons sont bien trop cher.Je déconseille ce japonais. La qualité des produits est médiocre, elle n'en vaut pas le prix demandé. Si vous cherchez de bon sushis passez votre chemin."

"On m'en avait parlé en bien, amatrice de cuisine asiatique j'y suis allée avec enthousiasme et j'ai été très déçue.La carte est juste énorme, ce qui témoigne bien souvent de préparations standardisées ... Et effectivement, amateurs d'authenticité, vous serez déçu. J'ai tenté le poisson chat ... je comprends pourquoi ce poisson, lorsque des pêcheurs en attrapent, le donnent aux animaux, c'est juste un ramassis d’arêtes, c'est immangeable et je ne comprends pas qu'on serve ça dans un restaurant. Quant aux autres plats pris à ma tablée, rien d'exceptionnel non plus. Ne mérite vraiment pas sa réputation, il y a de bien meilleures adresses familiales qui proposent une cuisine fraîche et authentique."
