It just doesn't get any better than this! Finding a gourmet restaurant in a friendly mountain town is a great pleasure. How Rob creates such incredible dishes and remains so humble is beyond me.Don't miss it!!

my man and I ate last night. he had the wild sampler; everything was nicely prepared and served with fried potatoes. I had the chicken marsala, very gentle aromen. the house made dressings for the salads were so fresh, we had basilikum venaigrette and balsamico vinaigrette. waitress was attentive, service good, view over the valley stunning!

This restaurant offers the finest in fine dining with attention paid to every detail. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. We ordered the prime rib with roasted potatoes, seasonal veggies, and a house salad, and the portions were very generous. I visited this restaurant while conducting research in Rosita and I am glad I did! It is very friendly and has a historic ambiance. The ribeye with sauce was delicious, as were the sides. The people were very friendly and I enjoyed talking about the history of Rosita with them. It's a shame that a storm was rolling in, or else I would have stayed longer! I hope to visit again in the future.

This small restaurant is truly a hidden gem and deserves more stars than I can give. Open seasonally from mid April to mid October, it offers 5-star food in the charming town of Rosita, CO. The drive to get there is beautiful and adds to the overall experience. The menu includes perfectly cooked duck, venison, trout, wild boar, and more. My friends and I make the hour-long trip at least twice a season and have never been disappointed. It's a fantastic dining experience all around.
