Logan's Roadhouse - Piatti

Food was great... our server was... struggling. Steaks done just right, sides were good, salads were fresh. Grilled chicken breast was unusually small. Our server might have been new or having an off night the other tables around us seemed to be getting very good service. Ours was inattentive and seemed to be struggling to multi task which meant everything was SLLLOOOOOWWW.

Great food and great service! Our server was Alexis D. And she was amazing! So sweet, kind and quick. Everything was perfect and tasted great. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the baked potatoes and rolls were soft and warm. And as a girl who loves ranch, she brought out 2 with my salad and I didn't even have to ask!!! Now THAT'S great service! If this tells you how great she was, our bill was 74.00 and we left a 40.00 tip.

Sunday dinner gone wrong. As we were eating our dinner my daughter say mommy there is a bug in my salad. I looked and yes it was a bug. I did not make a scene. I got up and asked for manager. He came to the table looked at the salad and ask did she want something else. She said no and took the salad away. After I saw the bug I could not even eat no moAll he did was take the salad off the bill. The waitress was very apologetic. We will not be going back to Logan’s. Visualizza piatti

I ordered take out yesterday, which I have to admit I was hesitant to do because I don't like reheating food especially when it comes to steaks. When I'm craving a steak, Nothing else will do so I took my chances. When I got home and took the first bite it actually melted in my mouth!! I didn't need a knife, gosh I hardly needed a fork! Lol It was cooked perfectly medium rare and seasoned just right. I was so impressed and extremely satisfied that I had to let you guys know! Thank you for all you do!

I’ll start off by saying that the service was really good , everyone including our server was super friendly . However , it was by far some of the worst food I’ve ever had from a restaurant . The salmon tasted so strongly of fish it was almost concerning , and it was drowning in a pool of butter . The potatoes were left under the heat lamp for far too long until the point of being completely dry . The green beans were ok but nothing to brag about . All in all pretty disappointing meal and I probably won’t be returning .

We had a large group for a birthday celebration (40+ people). Our servers did a fantastic job taking orders, refilling drinks, and serving food. The only disappointment was I ordered a NY strip steak which is normally a lean cut of meat, but at least a third of the steak was fat. I mentioned it to the manager when he asked how things were (the kitchen was very short staffed but still dud very well with our food) and that was our only complaint for the evening. The manager did make an adjustment to our bill because of the poor quality of my steak but overall we had a very pleasant experience. Visualizza piatti

On a Sunday night with a big party. Had to wait a bit for a table that was understandable. The waitress ordered drinks right away. She was sweet. You could say that they were understaffed this night, but not real problems. Everyone got his food, but a few problems with the order. Some of the steaks were very fat. The manager came by and told us that the steaks were cut in the house and they had several other complaints about the cuts. They replaced all steaks with which people had problems. The manager was great. It wasn't her fault, the cuts were a bit off. And to be clear, not all steaks were bad. All in all, it was a good experience. Food was good! Service was good! We had 2 strawberry margaritas and they were $3 (for the both of them). Was that a mistake? If not, I’ll take 2 more…just kidding! The drink was ok…I couldn’t really taste ANY alcohol! I didn’t know the grilled chicken came with a Parmesan sauce so I had to return and get it without..but overall it was good. My mother has a steak..she said it was ‘good’. The only thing was it was so cold in there. Our server,Jennifer, was very nice and patient with a ‘picky patron’ (that’s me) and she patiently dealt with all my questions and or ‘concerns’ I had one complaint…they put the butter dish (which we all know those condiment containers fall on the floor all the time...

My wife picked Logan’s for her birthday Lunch. I left work for my lunch break to meet our family for her birthday and we waited over a half hour for a table which I understand, however hostess forgot about us and sat others that came in well after us. The manager noticed how long we have been wait was unusual and asked me “your still waiting” and I told her yes. Manager then found us a table and apologized. After ordering our food we waited over an hour and still no food; so now We had been there an hour and a half total time.
