Logan's Roadhouse - Menu

We chose to eat at this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The service was attentive, and our food came out quickly. The menu had an excellent variety of options. I ordered ribs and shrimp, both of which were incredibly tasty. Plus, they provided warm bread with butter as a complimentary appetizer before our starters or main dishes, which was a nice touch.

Food was great... our server was... struggling. Steaks done just right, sides were good, salads were fresh. Grilled chicken breast was unusually small. Our server might have been new or having an off night the other tables around us seemed to be getting very good service. Ours was inattentive and seemed to be struggling to multi task which meant everything was SLLLOOOOOWWW.

Great food and great service! Our server was Alexis D. And she was amazing! So sweet, kind and quick. Everything was perfect and tasted great. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the baked potatoes and rolls were soft and warm. And as a girl who loves ranch, she brought out 2 with my salad and I didn't even have to ask!!! The service exceeded my expectations. Our waiter was incredibly diligent throughout our entire visit, attending to all his tables without a moment's pause. It was impressive to see him working so hard without any breaks or distractions. While the steaks didn't seem as great as they have during previous visits, that seems to be a common trend everywhere these days. Nevertheless, I would definitely return for the outstanding service alone.

Sunday dinner gone wrong. As we were eating our dinner my daughter say mommy there is a bug in my salad. I looked and yes it was a bug. I did not make a scene. I got up and asked for manager. He came to the table looked at the salad and ask did she want something else. She said no and took the salad away. After I saw the bug I could not even eat no moAll he did was take the salad off the bill. The waitress was very apologetic. We will not be going back to Logan’s.

I’ll start off by saying that the service was really good , everyone including our server was super friendly . However , it was by far some of the worst food I’ve ever had from a restaurant . The salmon tasted so strongly of fish it was almost concerning , and it was drowning in a pool of butter . The potatoes were left under the heat lamp for far too long until the point of being completely dry . The green beans were ok but nothing to brag about . All in all pretty disappointing meal and I probably won’t be returning . View menu

Food was good! Service was good! We had 2 strawberry margaritas and they were $3 (for the both of them). Was that a mistake? If not, I’ll take 2 more…just kidding! The drink was ok…I couldn’t really taste ANY alcohol! I didn’t know the grilled chicken came with a Parmesan sauce so I had to return and get it without..but overall it was good. My mother has a steak..she said it was ‘good’. The only thing was it was so cold in there. Our server,Jennifer, was very nice and patient with a ‘picky patron’ (that’s me) and she patiently dealt with all my questions and or ‘concerns’ I had one complaint…they put the butter dish (which we all know those condiment containers fall on the floor all the time...

After placing our order, we waited over an hour for our food, bringing our total wait time to an hour and a half. The manager kept coming over to tell us our food was on the way, but unfortunately, our waiter seemed to forget about us after delivering our drinks and rolls. The manager even had to bring us refills. Eventually, I couldn't wait any longer and had to return to work. My family decided to stay, thinking the food would still arrive, and as I was heading toward the door, the manager saw me and apologized again, offering our meal on the house. My wife picked Logan’s for her birthday Lunch. I left work for my lunch break to meet our family for her birthday and we waited over a half hour for a table which I understand, however hostess forgot about us and sat others that came in well after us. The manager noticed how long we have been wait was unusual and asked me “your still waiting” and I told her yes. Manager then found us a table and apologized. After ordering our food we waited over an hour and still no food; so now We had been there an hour and a half total time.
