Beautiful diner. So good food and friendly everywhere! And price is super reasonable. We're back on our next trip! Thanks for the sticker, now attached to our car door!

I love her pancakes! And the ice cream they actually make strong, which is beautiful. The sausage is anyway and the cookies and Gravy are decent. Need more sausage in them ironically enough. The eggs were beautiful and fluffy. And the service was the best. They let me replace things and I can't wait to go back. Great place to chill and chat after eating

No frills downtown eatery that offers all-American breakfast and lunch. They serve a good breakfast and offer an extensive menu. The place is small but quaint, with 4-5 booths, a counter, and an outdoor seating area. Some days' wait time is longer than others. The food resonates like being in Diner. arrived on a Sunday at 9 a.m. and waited less than 15 minutes for a table for four (good timing). Great breakfast, at an even better price. Compared to Denney's, they are much better, but the staff let me give them the fifth star. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Besides, glad our server sold me on the Danish. It was served hot with frost, powder sugar, butter and I think there was also syrup INSIDE! Amazing. I love it!

Rocks! Love the food, it was super tasty and affordable. Your menu has many good choices including desert. No coffee shortage. The servers all have a great setting with a smile as they welcome you. I loved her music every 70's. This place is a true GEM and hope that it will remain. I am a traveling man for work and feel happy when I find coffee and breakfast places like these when I travel. We absolutely loved Louisa?s Place when we visited this morning. We?ve come from the UK and read online that this was a great place for breakfast in the area. We loved both the town of SLO in general and Louisa?s Place in particular. The best breakfast place that we have found in the US for several years, and the staff made the experience extra special. Your typical American breakfast place. We came at 10 a.m. on a Sunday and waited 45 minutes for a table for five. If there are only two, there was almost no waiting time, even though they were sitting at the switch. A wide selection of eggs, omeletts, pancakes and everything in between from savory to sweet and a few great combo options. Waitresses were everywhere, but it was a busy morning as mentioned. Pancakes were super delicious, very soft and airy like their homemade cookies. A good place to go for a casual breakfast that is quite cheap in price.

Upon our arrival we noticed that there were a lot of people waiting outside, awards all over the walls best breakfast in the area, well let me tell you I had biscuits and gravy, very good. The gravy was some of best I have had in awhile, my wife had bacon and scrambled eggs with crispy hash browns eggs were way over cooked hash browns were the same style that you would get at McDonald's, never had that at a sit down restaurant before. The bacon was a mid grade probably 12/14 in all our breakfast was ok at best. Glad to say that if this was the best breakfast in town boy am I glad we didn't pick the competition.

One of our 'Must Stop ' places when visiting, or just traveling through SLO. Louisa 's is only open for Breakfast and lunch, and they get PACKED! This is a local favorite and it shows. Indoor seating is limited, but they have a counter you can sit at, if that 's your thing. Or if weather permitting, you can sit out front at one of the tables. (There are only about 3 of them. We usually just wait for an indoor table. Wait times will vary by how busy they are. We 've waited up to an hour before getting in for a table. So get there EARLY! The staff is always friendly and attentive. Prices are good and they don 't skimp on portion size. Visualizza piatti
