"We ate a lot of happy hour oysters which were super fresh and delicious. Don’t often come across ceviche in NYC, theirs was unique with coconut milk and tasted fantastic, definitely worth a try. Croquettes were pretty good. Mushroom tortellini was also nice. The eggs benedict was bad though, tasted like vinegar, probably messed up the hollandaise sauce. Brunch menu was limited unfortunately would have loved to try some other entrees and the soufflé."

Incredible ceviche, good drinks, main course fish was very bland though the sides and presentation were delicious. Limited menu and very pricey for the area, with service mediocre on our night (but could have just been our waiter).

Top notch service, great food, good wine list, and a must try souffle. One downside was we had reserved a table for 7:30 and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated but the staff were all attentive and made sure we had our drinks while waiting.

Very exceptional restaurant! We were staying at the Franklin Guesthouse so Madre was just a few steps away. They are very accommodating to the hotel guests. Their waiter Armando was very nice and professional as well as their manager. Their staff were very welcoming. The food is amazing! We went for both dinner and brunch and both were phenomenal! Compliments to the chef! Definitely will come back!

Hands down the best meal that I’ve had in New York City. The tables were spaced far apart so even though the restaurant was full, it felt private. The staff was friendly, timely and helpful. The cocktail selection is inspired. They have such a diverse food menu but they do everything so well. Must gets: croquetas, foie gras, fluke ceviche and pork. Overall an exceptional experience, I can’t recommend enough.
