"Very exceptional restaurant! We were staying at the Franklin Guesthouse so Madre was just a few steps away. They are very accommodating to the hotel guests. Their waiter Armando was very nice and professional as well as their manager. Their staff were very welcoming. The food is amazing! We went for both dinner and brunch and both were phenomenal! Compliments to the chef! Definitely will come back!"

The food is amazing, the cocktails are inventive, beautiful, delicious and strong. Some of the best oysters I’ve had in New York. Service is good and you definitely need a reservation. Highly recommend.

Top notch service, great food, good wine list, and a must try souffle. One downside was we had reserved a table for 7:30 and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated but the staff were all attentive and made sure we had our drinks while waiting.

I’ve eaten here a dozen times since it’s opened and the food is always great. I went last night with family for the first time in months and I have to say that the food, ambiance service were outstanding — a notch above previous visits. Every drink, dish dessert we had was excellent. Best meal I’ve had in NYC this year.

These guys get it. At some point it should be almost impossible to book a reservation here. It’s just that good. The staff is just that knowledgeable and helpful — they work as a TEAM. The quality of the food was outstanding and rivals most dining experiences in Manhattan. Sophisticated yet unstuffy. Our party of 6 had a flawless experience. Thanks to the whole team.
