"My friend and I visited this restaurant for the first time and we had a great experience. The waitress was excellent and the food was delicious. However, while we were finishing up our drinks and meal, the bus person came over and started eating and drinking from our table, even though we were not finished. I had to ask them to stop multiple times before they finally left. It was quite frustrating, but overall our dining experience was good."

"Beautiful evening, walked in with my wife looking forward to a nice outdoor meal. Foursome right in front of us gets asked by waitress if they wanted indoor or outdoor and they reply indoor. Waitress comes up to us and I say 2 outdoor please. She says they?re full. I say there?s two picnic tables with no one sitting there, she says there?s no available seating so we left. Really ruined the mood and our evening. We?ve eaten here a couple times, but I doubt I?ll return. That was just stupid. Very frustrating."

"Dry and hard chicken almost like it sat under a lamp all day. Orange chicken sauce was really good! Fried rice was crunchy and not like a traditional fried rice. The white rice was fluffy. 29. Vegetable Chow Mein was not even edible and covered in slime. No noodles? I think I maybe ordered the wrong thing. Crab Rangoons were sweet and savory."

"We hosted our son's 6th birthday party there, and it was an amazing experience! The additional room next to the arcade was just right for the celebration, providing the kids with easy access to the arcade games. Despite the restaurant being busy that day, our server managed everything exceptionally well, even assisting in the dining area. The pizza was delicious! We would definitely recommend this place for a birthday party!"

"Arby's in Chatham YOU PEOPLE ARE ON NOTICE, GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER It has been 14 months since my last trip to Arby's in Chatham and unfortunately, NOTHING has changed. The food and customer service quality is STILL INCONSISTENT. So they once again have an INCOMPETENT MANAGER running this location. On the RARE OCCASION that they do have a competent manager running the store the food and customer service quality is EXCELLENT and it is worth making the trip to Arby's. Otherwise, like TONIGHT it is a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. There was MULTIPLE TOMATO STEMS in both of my GREEK GYROS so the lame a teenager who sliced the tomatoes up was TOO LAZY to remove them. It is a GROSS feeling to take a bite of your food and bite down on a HARD PIECE OF TOMATO STEM. Thank you Aholes at Arby's. The curly fries I got were lukewarm at best. I ordered two classic beef and cheddars and there was very little cheese and Arby's sauce on either one. Just another MEDIOCRE MEAL from Arby's so it will be at least another 14 months before I go back. More than likely Arby's will be OUT OF BUSINESS BY THEN. I would not at all be surprised. SO GET IT TOGETHER ARBY'S. FIRE THE CURRENT MANAGER, HIRE A COMPETENT AND EXPERIENCED MANAGER AND CREW WHO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND SERVING DELICIOUS FOOD ON A CONSISTENT BASIS."
