Big red travel plaza is a big joke the manager and owner don't have any respect for customers therefore I will not stop here again if you don't believe me find out yourself give them a minus 4 stare

I've always enjoyed the salad bar here. The ranch dressing is excellent, and there are plenty of topping options to choose from. Although it's a bit small, I haven't noticed any stains or bugs on the walls, contrary to what others have mentioned.

The customer service was disappointing. If Mondays are your busiest days, you should plan better. I was left on hold for 10 minutes before I decided to hang up, and no one came back to acknowledge my wait or ask me to hold. This is not the way to treat customers. Visualizza piatti

Same good food. But the staff felt the need to sweep next to our table while we were trying to eat. I would have understood if it was closing time but the posted hours said the wouldn't close for another 2 hours. Also put every chair in the dining are on top of the tables while we were eating. Again, it was 2 hours before closing time. Staff was rude and we felt rushed.

This place is amazing! Lori is a true superstar! She was multitasking—taking orders, mopping, cleaning tables, and even singing beautifully. The staff members seem really friendly, and the salad bar was the best I've ever had, apart from what I grow in my own garden! Everything was fresh. I didn't try the pizza, but Lori recommended the Chicken Alfredo with bacon, and it was delicious. I was on the lookout for bugs, stains, or any signs of racism—things mentioned in negative reviews—but the only thing I noticed was that the wall behind the salad bar could use a wipe down. This place was nothing like I expected based on the reviews. Thank you all, and I hope to visit this area again!

Never Again. Inconsistant products! Poorly thought out! We first rediscovered Mazzios last year, and we ordered a deep dish Ken 's Supreme for 10.99. It was amazing! Then we reordered next weekend and it was raw in the middle. The next 8 pizzas we ordered...were raw in the center. Last night we decided to try their new double decker pizza. The person who came up with this idea should be fired! It is no way to stack a raw pizza and dough on top of another and get both crust done!. The entire middle crust was dough...not cooked in the slightest sense of the word! I forgot to mention on the 3rd or fourth order, they said they would run the pizza through 2x those times the dough was done and all... Visualizza piatti
