The soup was cold. The sandwich was joined together in phase. Customer service at the switch did not correct him. I expect to pay for a $20 meal I would offer hot soup. That's ridiculous! Update: The manager refunded my money and sent me an offer by e-mail for a free meal. I am very hopeful that my new order is hot.

Carol, the manager, is always kind and the staff is helpful. Carol tries to keep the restaurant clean and running smoothly. The food is what you would expect from McAlister's. Food was delicious and fresh, staff was polite and friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. The first thing noticed was the front appeared disorganized. Next when I order a 11.99 sandwich and the man told me 17.99 plus tax. When I corrected him he stated he thought I'd want all the sides, all without asking. He appeared put off and it took 17 minutes to get my sandwich to go and several people who came in after me we served. The two working the orders also rude to back house group I will say good food, poor management. I wonder how many would have said nothing in my place. Is this how he bumps sales.
