I received my food quickly, and it was excellent. The staff were very friendly. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5!

They Couldn’t remember if they gave me my drink or not. Told them yes they did. They then threw my order to me and shut the window and ran away as I told them they forgot the ranch. They want to charge you for ranch but can’t remember EVER, for the life of them, to give it to you. And then ignore you and flat out not offer to help

Terrible experience... I made the mistake of asking to get back in line for a fry. When I called to speak with the night manager, he was rude and mentioned that they have good reviews. We constantly hear complaints about the service. It’s clear that they need to work on improving it.

The app is a complete joke. If you can't make it work properly, then don’t bother having one at all. It's frustrating to see the staff throw their hands up and act like it's not their problem when something goes wrong. In my opinion, it feels like a strategy to get you into the drive-thru, where they know you’ll still order and pay full price, even when the app suddenly has an error and your coupon or reward won’t work. Total joke!
