The employee even asked how my day was, and surprisingly, he genuinely seemed to care. It was incredibly refreshing to encounter such kindness; he clearly took pride in his work and in ensuring customers were satisfied. His enthusiasm was infectious, and it made a positive impact on my experience. We need more people like him, not just in the food industry, but everywhere in the world. It would undoubtedly make our lives much happier and create a more joyful environment for all."

Unbelievable. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's drive-thru. They might as well go back to a single lane! It took 15 minutes just to get through with 3 cars ahead of me. I love McDonald's, but at this point, it's not worth the hassle anymore. There was so much that went wrong, but it's hard to cover it all here.
