"If I could give this place a zero rating, I absolutely would. I ordered an 8-piece serving of breast meat only, and the manager took my order at the drive-thru. I waited over 15 minutes for freshly cooked chicken, but when I finally received my meal, it was a bucket full of spoiled chicken. I paid $45 for this, and I am not only furious but will also be contacting the health department first thing on Monday morning. I visited on Friday, October 13, 2023, and while the pot pie and sides were great, that chicken was completely unacceptable. You're putting people's health at risk by serving potentially contaminated food! What is wrong with you? In this economy, treating customers like this is disgraceful. Someone needs to take responsibility for this, and it shouldn't be the same people who served me that spoiled food."

"This restaurant offers quite good Mexican cuisine. Everyone liked their meal. The quesadilla was different from what we anticipated, as it was packed with chicken, requiring us to eat it with a fork and knife. The prices are fair, and they provide unlimited chips and salsa. Although our waiter was very busy, he was also incredibly friendly and helpful. It was our first visit, but we definitely plan to return."

"I called in to order a large pizza this afternoon and was given an approximate total of $30.00, even though the pizza was about $26.00. When I placed the order, I was asked if I would be paying with cash or card. I was initially planning to use my card, but then I was informed there would be a fee, which I didn't find mentioned anywhere on their website or on the menu. Thankfully, the young woman who assisted me took the time to explain the situation. It felt quite sketchy if you weren't aware of this policy. I noticed that someone else had a similar complaint about this issue eight months ago. If the owner can provide evidence of this cash-only policy on their website where it's easily noticeable, I would be willing to update my review. Overall, it just seems like a questionable practice."

"Breakfast crew is on point!!! Always have the food ready as soon as you pull up to pay, staff is friendly and always gets the order correct every time we go. My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with this location and we go often. Give these people a raise!!!"

"Tonight was the worst culinary experience I had in every restaurant in my life. Somehow it's like you're pretending you never did. After sitting, we waited almost 35 minutes before someone set to our table. I had to fly a server to get our drinks orders. We went ahead and ordered our food as we had half an hour or so take a look at the menu that took another 45 minutes to get the main part of the duck. The sides finally came to the table for one and a half hours. After receiving our food, I went to empty tables (which there were very few, since the place hopped) in search of bottles of salt and pepper shakers that were not as shown in the photos below, without luck. I received undercoppers and inedible Hushpuppies with my meal (which are shown below). It is quite clear that the owner of this facility is more concerned with the lining of their bags with the money of customers who expect decent service and a good meal, by revising their already underused servers and capitalizing on their hard work sitting in a comfortable chair somewhere different than their equipment that pays their bills. That was absolutely pathetic. I cannot believe that they charge money for locals and visitors equally for such bad service and disgusting conditions. My following review will be Facebook, and then the Sullivan County Health Department on Monday morning. Save your time and don't eat here. For all employees who need better conditions, find me on Facebook and ask me about a job with better pay and better working conditions. Update: I also spoke to the wonderful manager who reduced our meal and made sure that the owner was not there. The busiest night of the week. It's in a restaurant. This really shows where the priorities of the owners lie. Painful guidance."
