"They always get orders wrong here ,they don't give napkins, straws ,or the condiments that you ask them for ,very poor management here. I always order from mobile and on my phone says breakfast ends at 10:59 am regardless of location and I ordered a from mobile at 10:00am when I got there the lady brought my order without the side of gravy,and there were no hashbrowns in the bag like I ordered, so I'm having to go inside and tell her ,she says that they quit serving breakfast and it was only 10:15am I told her that it was breakfast time when I ordered it and she got mad that she had to tell the attendant to cook 2 more hashbrowns...I mean this is your job!!! If breakfast is over at 10:59 look at your screen to tell you when this customer orders breakfast, don't steal from them just because you don't want to do your job ,even if it means someone has to cook 2 more hashbrowns, she was going to give me a leftover hashbrown and a fry !!! That's not acceptable ,and besides there was no side of gravy and she claims they poured it in the container ,normally they are not allowed to do that as they have to give you a seperate side as this is what the customer ordered....I don't know what's wrong with these people who can not or will not read people's orders.....you have one job"

Over the years there food has gone down hill or off a cliff! There not worried about a good product just making money! The original owners or probably turning over is there a grave! Sad! The coffee is even lousy!

Honestly best McDonald’s I’ve been to. I went in and the lovely woman working told me to come to the cash register bc it’s be faster than the machine and gave me a great deal. Also y’all know I love a McDonald’s sprite, burns the mouth so good. Wish I could come back every day

Lucky if you get the food you ordered at the menu. Could be 10 min, could be 2 min. Some how they just can't get your order correct. Check your bags before driving away from the drive through window. He waited 45 minutes in the car thru. My half food was missing, soda was basically carbonated water. This place has been getting worse over time. A friend of mine was before me. They could not get all his stuff right and if he came home his burger was raw (photo) disappointed would be an understatement.

Put in a mobile order figuring it would be faster to do curbside instead of wait in the long line in the middle of the road. I was wrong. Waited in the spot for 15 mins until I decided to go in and get my food myself. There were cars at the end of the long line leaving before I went in to get my food. This McDonald’s needs to get it together. They are slow and always get food wrong.
